Buying a Villa In Northern Cyprus
Most people know that Cyprus is the third largest Island in the Mediterranean, and is now becoming a great trading place to do business due to the fact of the connections between Asia and Africa. Cyprus has also become one of the most stunning places in the World to visit. Infact Cyprus is the number one holiday destination choice for British people.
Why you might be asking? Simple, Cyprus has everything; Great weather all year round, the cost of living is cheap, rich culture, very friendly people, and what is great it offers the a very safely environment, so this makes a great place for investors to invest there money into property over here.
Cyprus property is one of the fastest growing property markets around at the moment, and not even 5% of the property market as been taken. There are two parts to Cyprus, Southern Cyprus and Northern Cyprus. Both parts are as beautiful as each other. You can buy a 3 bedroom detached house with a private swimming pool, with a beach view for around £120,000, and my advice to you would be to go and snatch one of these up straight away. You could either use this as a second holiday home or rent this out, either way over time you're going to make money on this.
